Preschool Spanish

Fun and play form the foundation for our Preschool Spanish classes. Within two or three classes, kids ages 3-5 learn key phrases in their new language through simple, repeated songs and chants. Meanwhile, they become familiar with more complex aspects of the language by engaging in "adventures," art projects and movement-based games that require them to solve simple problems - in their new language, of course! These adventures, starring the Lango Kids, our multicultural cast of characters, take students to other lands and cultures to ensure that their language instruction is combined with cultural exposure. Preschoolers' Spanish is great for kids who are enrolled in preschool, but have not yet started kindergarten.

Elementary Spanish

A strong cultural emphasis grounds our early elementary language lessons in the customs and traditions of Spanish-speaking peoples, while a simple literacy component ensures that these students not only listen, speak, sing and play in Spanish, but read and write as well. Our curriculum takes students on imaginary journeys where they work on fun problem solving adventures built around cultural themes. Lango is proud to partner with schools around the Bay Area to provide after-school Early Elementary Spanish to their students.

Elementary French

A strong cultural emphasis grounds our elementary language lessons in the customs and traditions of Spanish-speaking peoples, while a simple literacy component ensures that these students not only listen, speak, sing and play in French, but read and write as well. Lango is proud to partner with schools around the Inland Empire to provide after-school Early Elementary French to their students.

Full Day Summer Camp

In addition to the great fun of Lango camp full day campers will receive cooking and art classes on alternating days.  Recipes from the cooking classes are taken from Handstand Kids' authentic cookbooks and all food is provided. Recipes are vegetarian and peanut free.  Art classes will explore the work of different artists from around the world and provide a tactile opportunity for children to learn more thematic vocabulary in a small group setting.  Full day camp runs from 9-2pm Monday through Thursday and 9-12:00 on Friday.  Extended childcare is available by request at $7 per hour.

Half Day Summer Camp

Camp Lango is a terrific way for kids ages 3-11 (preschool-6th grade) to learn new languages while enjoying summertime fun. Lango campers spend each week immersed in an exciting part of the French, Chinese or Latin American world. Lango's dynamic, experienced teachers serve as counselors, and are supported by a team of native-speaking and fluent assistant counselors. Campers spend each day moving from one activity to the next, including special "No English!" times, designed to provide an immersion experience while still allowing for a ton of fun. A week or more of Camp Lango is guaranteed to boost your child's new language ability!  Half day camp runs from 9-12 Monday - Friday.  Children are divided based on age and ability level.  Teacher - Student ratio of 1:7 strictly maintained.
